General Shipping and Times

All Building on Jesus Christ the R.O.C. orders are shipped via Canada Post. Some examples are listed below.

• Xpresspost (Canada, USA, International) your speed/ cost competitive alternative to courier shipping.
• Expedited Parcel (Canada, USA,) fast-tracks the shipping of your packages and parcels.
• Regular Parcel (Canada) your cost-efficient solution to shipping packages and parcels.

When you receive your order depends on the availability of the product(s) ordered, the shipping method you choose, and where the product is being shipped. An insurance coverage up to a hundred dollars is offered by Canada Post when you choose to use Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel.

Shipping cost estimates are calculated by product type. To receive an approximate estimate of your shipping cost, simply choose the products you want and add them into your shopping cart and press add to cart. When you have finished with your shopping, press VIEW CART then press proceed to checkout. Enter all your personal information into the required fields then press submit. It will bring you into a window with the description of the products you chose with the item's cost and a choice of shipping fees. Choose your preferred method of shipment by pressing Shipping type then press confirm.

All items are carefully inspected before shipping and are shipped in excellent condition. The shipping fees will be the responsibility of the client.

Please note that packages are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

All orders will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours after receiving your order during regular business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00A.M.-5:00P.M. eastern standard time and within 48 hours after receiving your order after business hours: Monday to Friday from 5:00P.M.-8:00A.M. Please note that all personalized items and the shipping fees are non-refundable. (Ex: Such as frames where the customer has asked to write the baby"s name and birth date.) The baby’s name and birth date will be written using Calligraphy. 

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order requirement for the moment.

For orders of one hundred or more of the same item, please contact us at info@jesusleroc.com or proceed with multiple orders of less than one hundred for the same item.

Payment Methods Accepted

Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Certified cheques and money orders are also accepted but in these cases your order will be shipped once the payment clears with the bank. Jesustheroc.com does not ship C.O.D., PayPal or wired payments, and does not offer billing. Please note, if you choose to pay an order with a certified cheque or money order, please do not use the shopping cart on the site for this requires that you use a credit card. You must choose what items you would like to purchase and send the information by e-mail to info@jesustheroc.com. We will then contact you with the cost and on how to proceed. Please send us all the necessary information in your e-mail so we can contact you and prepare a billing for your order. Your name, address, postal code, telephone number, cellular number and the shipping address you want the parcel(s) to be shipped.

Out of Stock and Backordered Merchandise

When ordering items with the shopping cart if there is an out of stock item(s), the system will advise you and you will not be able to add it to your cart. Another example, if you order four items of the same product but only three items are available the system will tell you it will adjust your order to three items. There can be many reasons for the item(s) to be on back order but we will do our best to get those item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. Please note, for all information concerning the backorder item(s) contact us at info@jesustheroc.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible on when those backorder item(s) will be received or if they have been discontinued. 

Returns

In the event that items are damaged during the shipping process please report the incident immediately to us at info@jesustheroc.com before returning any damaged products. We will then contact Canada Post and get back to you with the procedure that you will need to follow after their investigation. Depending on what has been decided by Canada Post we will then make the necessary arrangements for replacing, reimbursing or carrying out any other action deemed appropriate in this matter.
